Namaste! I’m Natasha
I started off my professional life as a dancer working on cruise ships and traveling around the world. After having children, I became a teacher of dance and performing arts, a profession I continued for over twenty five years. I found yoga at a point in my life when I was experiencing a difficult period, I was amazed at how yoga helped me to transform my life, health and wellbeing and I became inspired to share this ancient practice and help others in this process too. And so my yoga journey began.

I am RYT500 trained in; Pranayama, Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Therapy. I completed my 200 hours of yoga teacher training in the Unified Yoga style focusing on different body types to make yoga accessible to all. I then continued my studies to complete a further 300 hours of yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India the yoga capital of the world! I use these two different teachings to bring the Indian authenticity to my yoga practices along with ensuring that my students achieve a posture in a way that is suitable for their body. I also have a Level 5 teaching qualification and over twenty five years of experience teaching an age range from 5 years to 95 years. I bring my experience of teaching, training and in-depth knowledge of different body types and abilities to help each student achieve the best experience out of their practice, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
